Church View scoops two prizes at prestigious industry awards
New residents of Church View in Tenterden can now boast of living at an award-winning development, following its success at the UK Property Awards 2018-19.
Dandara’s collection of beautiful character homes picked up two prizes at a gala ceremony held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. Church View was named ‘Best Residential Development – Kent’, with The Reed house-type, designed specifically for Church View, winning the ‘Architecture Single Residence – South East England’ prize.
The awards were among six titles won by the Dandara Group on the night, marking a successful evening for one of the UK’s largest independent property developers.

If a buyer is not found within this timeframe, the reservation is cancelled and the full deposit returned.
